Bathshack comes to Ballybrit

The Association of Irish Racecourses is delighted to share with you some more wonderful sponsorship news from one of our valued member racecourses. Galway Racecourse has announced a sponsorship deal with Bathshack and here’s all you need to know.

The planning is well underway for the welcomed return of Ireland’s largest horse racing festival, the Galway Races, which takes place from Monday 25th to Sunday 31st July. This is one action packed week and this week the racecourse announced a new sponsor to their race week programme, ‘Bathshack’, Britain and Ireland’s top bathroom retailer.

The Company has signed a two-year to sponsor the fourth race on Saturday 30th July. This is a €17,000 maiden of for three-year-olds and up. Commenting on the new sponsorship, Chief Executive of Galway Racecourse, Michael Moloney said, “We’re delighted to welcome Bathshack onboard for the Summer Festival. They have a thriving online business, with six showrooms here in Ireland and are expanding further. The Galway Races presents great opportunities for sponsors to engage with a large audience and we look forward to working with the team at Bathshack on making their sponsoring a great success”.
